Quarrel is the tritagonist of the first 007 film, Dr. No. He worked with 007 and Honey Ryder to help guide him to Dr. No's island lair. He lived in Jamaica and was first seen taking care of a boat of his. He was killed by Dr. No's mechanical dragon as the flames burned him alive.

Quarrel is a Cayman Islander who was employed by John Strangways to secretly go to Crab Key to collect rock samples. He also worked with Felix Leiter before Bond's arrival, and goes to explore Crab Key with Bond. He quickly becomes Bond's ally and is liked by everyone in his district.
