300: Rise of an Empire[]

Here, Gorgo's role is a bit wider. We first see her, when Themistocles comes to Sparta to ask for help. But Gorgo sends him to hell, because she does not think that Athens' help will be necessary for Sparta. Themistocles also learns that Leonidas has already left to fight the Persians. The next time Themistocles meets Gorgo is after Leonidas' death. She again sends Themistocles to hell, because she thinks he is guilty of Leonidas' death (he convinces her otherwise). Subsequently, she sends the Spartan fleet to help Athens. At this time, Themistocles kills Artemisia, the head of the Persian fleet. Subsequently, Themistocles and Gorgo, who came to his aid, completely destroy the Persian fleet.
