Queen Uberta is the mother of Prince Derek from The Swan Princess series. She is a major character of The Swan Princess, the tritagonist of Secrets of the Castle, the main protagonist of The Swan Princess: The Mystery of the Enchanted Treasure, a major character in The Swan Princess Christmas and The Swan Princess: A Royal Family Tale, a supporting character in The Swan Princess: Princess Tomorrow, Pirate Today, and a minor character in The Swan Princess: Royally Undercover and Swan Princess: A Royal Myztery. The ruler of an unnamed English kingdom, she is also the supervisor of her servants and guards, including her valet and musician tutor, Lord Rogers, and her first footman, Sir Chamberlain.

In the original animated film, she was voiced by Sandy Duncan, who also voiced Vixey in The Fox and the Hound, also directed by Richard Rich. In The Secrets of the Castle and The Mystery of the Enchanted Treasure, she was voiced by Christy Landers. From The Swan Princess Christmas to The Swan Princess: The Kingdom of Music, she was voiced by Jennifer Miller. In The Swan Princess: A Royal Wedding, she was voiced by Catherine Lavin.

Trivia

• In The Swan Princess: Escape from Castle Mountain, due to Odette being a heroine, Uberta serves as the damsel in distress for most of her time in the film until the climax.
