He is voiced by Sam Zelaya.
Biography[]
Raúl first appears watching from above as Kat arrives at Rust Bank Catholic School for Girls, accidentally stepping on a loose stone that nearly falls on top of Siobhan Klaxon, only for Kat to push her away and inadvertently save her life.
Raúl later appears in class while Sister Helley gives a lesson involving a mimic octopus, only for it to suddenly morph into a hideous, demon-esque creature as the lights go out and the classroom shakes. After Kat storms out, Raúl tries to tell Siobhan, Sloane and Sweetie to leave Kat alone only for Siobhan to accidentally refer to Raúl as "Ramona", quickly apologizing afterwards.
After Father Bests' funeral, Kat approaches Raúl and tries to convince him to head with her to the graveyard once night falls to serve as a witness for her summoning Wendell and Wild. On the way, Raúl explains that he used to be part of Siobhan's friend group but they drifted away after he came out as transgender. Raúl watches in confusion as Kat tugs on Bearz-a-bub's string and repeats the words it utters in an attempt to summon Wendell and Wild, only for nothing to happen.
Raúl and Kat are later sentenced to detention after Father Bests lies about the two of them holding him hostage. When the nuns aren't looking, the two sneak off, only for Sister Helley to notice them and head out to find them.
While Wendell and Wild are off to resurrect the old-guard members, they are confronted by Kat and Raúl, where Kat ends up accidentally swearing to serve the brothers for all eternity. Raúl is captured by the brothers and instructed to dig graves for them while Kat goes to get takeout for them. After freeing himself with Spark Plug's help, Raúl runs to the graves of Delroy and Wilma Elliot and uses the hair cream to revive them. Once they regain their consciousness, Raúl warns the two that Kat is in danger.
After reuniting with her parents, Kat is encouraged by Delroy and Wilma to go back to the graveyard and find Raúl. Begrudging, she returns and covered her boots with hot sauce to trick Wendell and Wild into thinking the two of them were eating by Spark Plug.
Upon learning that Wilma and Delroy had been resurrected, Wendell and Wild kidnap the two at their home and bring them back to the cemetery, something Raúl notices and follows after the brothers to stop them. Raúl accompanies Kat and Sister Helley as they confront the brothers right before they kill Wilma and Delroy, decrying Father Bests willingly working with the demons and Klax Korp.
After Buffalo Belzer appears to take his sons back to the underworld, Raúl tries to escape with the others only for Belzer to grab the carriage and capture Kat, Wendell, Wild, Delroy, Wilma, Sister Helley, and Father Bests. He then assists Manberg and Siobhan in returning Buffalo's missing children after the Demon King is moved upon spotting a portrait he had previously painted depicted a parent protecting their child, causing him to realize what a terrible father he had been to his own children up to that moment.
Kat instructs Raúl to return to the cemetery and resurrect a brewery worker killed in the Rust Bank Brewery fire in order to prove it had been deliberately perpetrated by Irmgard and Lane Klaxon while the rest of the heroes head out to stop the Klaxons as they unveil their plans. Once Raúl returns, he reveals that he was able to revive three deceased workers with the last ounces of cream left, announcing that Klax Korp is finished as Irmgard and Lane are arrested.
