Ragatha is one of the main protagonists of Glitch Productions' adult animated black comedy/surreal web series, The Amazing Digital Circus. As a human, who was trapped within the virtual realm, Ragatha has been in the realm the second longest, and thus, tends to be rather optimistic, and accepting of her predicament, though, she does show glimmers of anxiety and a desire to break free.
She is voiced by Amanda Hufford.

Appearance[]
Ragatha's appearance resembles that of a humanoid ragdoll with red, shoulder-length yarn-like hair in a long bob cut, black eyebrows, a flat, reddish-orange triangular nose, and a blue button as her left eye. She wears a mid-sleeve long blue dress (which often appears purple due to lighting) with darker blue patches sewn on.
She wears a white, collared under-dress and a large bow in her hair that matches her dress. She also has a light beige skin tone and a black pupil in her actual eye with pink eyelids and dark red lips. Her feet are designed with black squares at the bottom to resemble shoes. When she holds her breath, her hair goes up in the air.

In stark contrast to most of her fellow captives, Ragatha seems to be a well adjusted and kindly individual. She's rather gentle, kind-hearted, happy-spirited, sweet, modest, motherly and patient, as shown by her compassion towards Pomni as she assures her of her safety and oriented her around the circus and their daily activities, thus showing a motherly aspect of herself. Ragatha is also quite understanding and forgiving as when she's attacked by Kaufmo and begins glitching, she tells Pomni it's alright if she can't bring herself to help and quickly forgives her after she abandons her to run away.
That being said, deep down Ragatha seems to be suffering from the same nihilistic dread as the other members as she seems to still have worries about the fact she's eternally trapped and the futility of trying to leave. Fortunately, she seems to be coping by supplying herself with healthy distractions such as going on adventures instead of focusing on her predicament. However, Ragatha does seem rather insecure and sensitive about keeping up her role as a positive, big sister-like figure to the rest of the humans, seeing as she's deeply concerned that she did something to make Pomni dislike her and abandon her back in the Pilot. Thankfully, with Kinger's consolation, Ragatha begins to cope a bit better and is more secure with herself.
In response to this side of Ragatha being positive and reassuring almost all the time (even if it seems insincere or excessively nice), Gangle questioned if her kindness is genuine while talking about it with Pomni, and Jax even tells Pomni it feels it's insincere and it's as if Ragatha wants to take advantage of other people, she even mistakenly offended Jax by bringing up the subject of Jax not having friends anymore (she even apologized for any of her "wrathful" moments if ever).
During the Spudsy's shift adventure, Ragatha is affected by the restaurant's stupid sauce after she accidentally squirts some in her eye. As a result, she became far more careless, sloppy, lazy, and apathetic, neglecting to do any of her work at Spudsy's, instead lamenting over how much pain she has felt while being trapped in the circus and how much she misses her old life. During this, she unintentionally insults Gangle by saying she’s annoying while wearing her happy mask. Gangle later confesses to Pomni that while she likes Ragatha, she at times prioritizes being nice over being truthful.
During the Lightening Round, she has shades where she tries to keep up her understanding kind attitude even when Jax wanted her to act like a jerk back, even Pomni tells her that it's okay to be a jerk even when Ragatha doesn't usually want to be that way (but also sees Pomni's point).
Heroic Acts[]
- Defending Pomni and ensuring her safety on top of comforting her once she had arrived, even if it meant allowing Kaufmo to attack Ragatha herself.

- Ragatha is 5’1.
- Ragatha is scared of centipedes (Chilopodophobia), which Jax pulled a prank once he took advantage of this fear by placing a bunch of them in her room using his spare keys.
- As her name suggests, while Ragatha is directly based on Raggedy Ann, however her appearance and demeanor more specifically resemble (and share many similarities) those of Molly Coddle from Bump in the Night (to a fair extent).
- In the episode Fast Food Masquerade, Ragatha makes a reference to Raggedy Ann's brother, Raggedy Andy, by saying one of his lines from the animated musical Raggedy Ann & Andy: A Musical Adventure " where Andy said "Hurt nothin', I've been hurt enough. Packages landing on my head, tea parties, dancing lessons!"
- Ironically, in the exact same episode Fast Food Masquerade, Jax made a subtle reference to Raggedy Andy, by saying one of his lines from the same animated musical where Andy said "This is really weird" around a lost camel.
- Speaking of Bump in the Night references, there's an unintentionally hilarious coincidence in episode 4 of TADC. Where an season 1 episode from BitN, "Party Poopers", has a line where Mr. Bumpy tells Molly said he'd rather get boiled alive in a deep fryer than going to a boring party (which was played for laughs for the line being exaggerated), and in the episode Fast Food Masquerade (that came 30 years after the BitN episode), ironically, Ragatha literally getting thrown into a deep fryer and being boiled alive is exactly what happened to her as well.
- Her name is likely a portmanteau of "Ragdoll" and "Agatha".
- While initially reluctant to do so, the show's creator Gooseworx has revealed that Ragatha is 30 years old, making her the second-oldest inhabitant of the Circus, with Kinger at 48.
- According to the show's creator Gooseworx in an interview, it's physically impossible to kill Ragatha as she can survive basically anything. It's revealed that Ragatha likes horror movies in another AMA.
