Randolf William "Ralph" Dibny, also known as "The Elongated Man", is a major character of the CW series The Flash.
He is a metahuman with the ability to stretch his body like elastic, a former detective, and was a member of Team Flash.
He was portrayed by Hartley Sawyer.

Ralph Bibny was a former detective and husband of a thief, Sue Dearbon.

Raph was used as a vessel by Clifford DeVoe, Alias, The Thinker. But Barry managed to rescue him through the subconscious of DeVoe and managed to wipe out the Thinker from Ralph once and for all.
Season 5[]
Ralph was among members of Flash's Team during the Crisis on Infinate Earths. He joined Iris and Ray Palmer in order to find and collect Dr. Ryan Choi who is the "Paragon of Humanity". After they completed their mission, the Anti-Monitor, while possessing Lyla Michaels, managed to destroy all except the paragons (which Pariah save and send them somewhere) with the Anti-Wave.
But all was not lost. After Oliver and the Paragons rebooted the universe, restored everyone they knew and loved, they all live in the same earth now known as Earth Prime.
