Ramsay Cole is a major protagonist in the 2022 film: Jurassic World: Dominion. he work in the genetics corporation Biosyn as the head of communications of Biosyn under Lewis Dodgson and one of his greatest confidants.
However, it later turns out that Ramsay betrayed him to stop his plan for a giant locust to take over the world's grain reserves, and recruits Ian Malcolm to expose his plan.
He is Portrayed by Mamoudou Athie.
Biography[]
Ramsay is shown at the Biosyn Sanctuary, welcoming Alan Grant and Ellie Sattler, as Dodgson's representative.
He shows them the dinosaurs in the park from the plane and assures them that scientists can control the dinosaurs by using electrical chips in their brains, which they use to drive them. Grant tells him that this is quite cruel, but he dismisses it as compared to the power of the electric fences in John Hammond's park. He also explains to them that they creates pure dinosaurs, not a hybrids.
Ramsay leads Grant and Sattler through the Biosyn facility to meet with Lewis Dodgson Before they run out of time, they take the hyperloop train to Biosyn Airport. Using Malcolm, the organization's philosophy professor, he uses Allen Valley to find the laboratory that houses the giant locust breeding facility, which is tasked with taking over the world's crops.
Alan and Ellie manage to obtain samples from the place but are almost killed by the insects. On their way out, they find Maisie Lockwood escaping and near the hyperloop train they are spotted by Ramsey. However, Ramsey turns out to be a traitor to Dodgson and he accompanies them to the train. Although Dodgson stops the train in the mines with the Dimetrodons, Cole orders a team to be sent to rescue them but Dodgson does not intervene.
Dodgson calls the employees to the main office and fires Ian, as the person in charge of spying on Alan and Ellie, without suspecting Ramsey and it accompanies Ian out.
Cole helps Ian locate a jeep to rescue Alan and Ellie with Maisie,. However, Ian gets stuck in front of the mine gates when he needs an access code. Ramsey in the control room recognizes the code and enters it, unlocking it before a Dimetrodon attacks Alan's team and saves them in time and they get into Ian's jeep.
After Dodgson sets the locusts on fire and destroys evidence, he causes a major fire. Dodgson tries to flee his position and leave it to Ramsay, but Ramsay abandons him and Dodgson learns of his role in thwarting his plans. Dodgson leaves alone and Ramsay reunites with the group in the control room, where they attempt to restore power to the park. When power is restored, they run to Kayla's plane and evade the giant Giganotosaurus.
Afterwards, Ramsay testifies to reporters about Biosin's corruption alongside Ian and also testifies to the U.S. Senate about Biosin's responsibility for the locust plague.
