Rani Pari is the Main character of Baal Veer. She is the most powerful fairy of Pari Lok. She is the queen of Fairyland where all the fairies resides. She is the mother of Baalveer, fairies and all members of Parilok. She is the main protagonist of Baalveer series. She is very kind and loved by all. She has been fighting with evil for centuries and also the main reason of Baalveer's existence as she saves Baalveer from Bhayankar Pari. She was killed by Bhayankar Pari's magical arrow used by Chhal Pari to save Baalveer. She turns into thousand butterflies and resides on a tree. Later on, Maa Pari descends new Rani Pari because Fairyland can't stay for longer without Rani Pari.
Few months after Baalveer's birth in Rajasthan, Rani Pari gets to know that Baalveer is not a simple human but contains special qualities that a warrior contains. She fears that evil powers would try to take him with them and try to make him their pawn against goodness. She saves Baalveer and fights with Bhayankar Pari but loses due to distraction. Fortunately, before Bhayankar pari could reach Baalveer he is taken by fairies to Pari Lok, some of them opposed Baal veer but he is accepted by Rani Pari as her own son. Baalveer lives in Pari Lok after that incident under fairies protection.
After so many years, Bhayankar Pari returns in Chapter One. She warns everyone especially Rani Pari and challenges her. Rani Pari finally decides to give magical powers to Baalveer and make him saviour of the world for what he is born. She decides to give him powers of 7 fairies (Gaal Pari, Vijdhaar Pari, Baal Pari, Atkaati Pari, Aarpaar Pari, Bhatkaati Pari, Natkhat Pari) of unique characteristics along with her own powers and blessings.
Rani pari guides Baalveer how to use powers and help others. Rani Pari helps Baalveer in his missions to save children and other humans of earth from evil fairies like Bhayankar Pari, Daityani, Mahavinashini.etc..
During Baalveer's Satkar Samaroh,she was killed by Bhayankar Pari's magical bow and arrow used by chhal Pari. Actually it was a plan to kill Baal veer but Rani Pari sacrificed herself to save her beloved son Baal veer. Even after her death she came in front of Baalveer and said she loves him very much and be there with him forever.
Later on in the series, Maa Pari descends new Rani Pari to fairyland. New Rani Pari along with Baalveer and fairies start to protect the world from evil powers. Rani Pari kills Baalveer when Mahavinashini controls him and makes him do bad deeds convincing Rani Pari that Baalveer has changed and is forced to take decision of killing Baalveer. However, Baalveer is later resurrected and along with Baalveer, Rani Pari captures Mahavinashini in Kaal Brahmand by using Mahavinashini's puppet against her.
Rani Pari also give powers to Manav Dagli and Meher Dagli when they save everyone from yart to fight Gurudev who is in misunderstanding against fairies. She primarily gives them powers temporarily but decides to make it permanent to help Baalveer fight evil easily with the help of Manav Dagli and Meher Dagli who are named Baal Mitra and Baal Sakhi respectively.
Whenever he had confusion he first discusses it with Rani pari similar to previous Rani pari whom he loves as his mother. In last Chapter of Baalveer series, She even transforms Prachandika into good fairy which is later on revealed to be just a magical duplicate of her to obtain Kanishk Tara.
In the end of series, she tells Baalveer that Earth is now safe from evil powers but his responsibilities is not finished. She give him task to save Gol Gol planet from evil powers. She loves everyone very much and always guide them in right way.
