Raphael is a member of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and deuteragonist of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. He is the most rebellious and hot-tempered of the group who wears a red bandanna and utilizes two sai in battle. He is usually the muscle in the group. He is the second eldest of the turtles, and and second-in-command.
In the original cartoon, Raph was the cut up of the four.

- Raphael was voiced by Rob Paulsen in the original cartoon, later, Rob voiced Donatello (TMNT 2012) in the 2012 reboot.
- He is named the renaissance painter Raphael.
