Raschid Al Dinaq is an anthropomorphic fox and the secondary protaganist of the book Fangs Of Kaath. He is the second born son of the Osiris dynasty and heir to the throne of Egypt. The book begins when he travels to the bazaar and meets Sandhri. He instantly falls in love with her and spends many times missing her when he is at the palace. Eventually, Sandhri arrives at the palace and he announces his plans to marry her. His parents send him into the desert to settle a dispute between two nobles. During this, he is visited by the evil goddess Kaath who tells him he has a destiny. Raschid quickly discovers his mother is planning to marry him to Kaath. after this plan is thwarted he marries Sandhri and becomes pharaoh.
