Ren Senjyu is the third Deunamist after Jun Himeya who appeared in Episode 26-36. He is a "Son of Prometheus", a genetically engineered human being that hails from Dallas, USA. He currently lives in Japan and works as an amusement park worker.

Ultraman Nexus[]
Ren Senjyu is a hyperactive young boy who works part-time at a playground. He is cheerful, friendly with small children, and very smart. He has supernatural abilities and is able to see last night's events just by touching the asphalt, seeing MP's actions which at that time were erasing people's memories, precisely the actions of agent Mizuo Nonomiya. Mizuo herself was ordered to spy on Ren by Yoichiro, but they fell in love with each other instead. Meanwhile, Ren realized that he had always been photographed by strangers.
Ren met Ultraman after Himeya's time as a Deunamist was over, and appeared surprisingly in front of Komon and company. While protecting Chester, Nexus was injured in the right shoulder. Komon thinks Himeya is still alive and intends to look for him. He saw Ren running fast at the place where Ultraman fell. Komon followed him into Ren's house. However, he was ambushed by Ren because Komon was thought to be the one who had been after him. Ren suddenly fainted. When Komon saw the same wound as Nexus, he realized that Ren was the new Nexus dunamist. Komon also treats Ren's wound and asks Harisu, Ren's boss, permission to not work, claiming to be his cousin. Komon and Ren became close. Komon is curious about Ren looking for his origins through the network on TLT and finds out that Ren is the child of the Prometheus Project (PP), the same as Illustrator. In addition, it turns out that Mizorogi managed to escape a life-and-death battle against Himeya in the Land of the Dead. All this time he kept hiding and one day he saved a little girl whose parents were killed by him.
Behind the deep regret, Mizorogi remembered that he was like a puppet of an even greater power. He turned out to be the same as Riko. Mizorogi was arrested by TLT, but before his body was investigated like Himeya's, he escaped by holding Mizuo captive so that MP also pursued him, one of which was agent Misawa. Despite being held captive, Mizuo sympathizes with Mizorogi and wants to hear the boy's vent. When they meet Komon and Nagi who want to save him, he instead protects Mizorogi. However, Mizorogi's chest is shot by Misawa who turns out to be able to turn into Mephisto (Zwei). Mizorogi lost his powers because his dunamist moved. Ren also appeared because he was worried about Mizuo, but he was pushed back by Mephisto. Mizorogi who is filled with regrets who also don't want to die in vain as a villain makes him gain the power of light and transforms once again into Mephisto this time to help Nexus. Nexus managed to destroy Mephisto Zwei, Mizorogi who had been seriously injured died peacefully in Nagi's arms who finally forgave him. Before taking his last breath, he had time to tell Nagi that the person who actually controlled him (Unknown Hand) was in TLT but didn't know who exactly.
The story is going fast. Junis Blue's first appearance as a new Nexus form change is marked by the change of dunamist from Himeya to Ren, and is followed by the appearance of new, increasingly powerful opponents. Ren has trouble making Metafield because there is another power that turns it into a darkfield and increases the power of SB. Even the SBs against were SBs that had been destroyed by Himeya and NR before. In addition, a large hole of darkness which was later codenamed Unknown Hand also healed SB's wounds that were shot by Chester and Nexus. In fact, even the battles end up in cities where humans can witness them. The city was in a panic and TLT had to work hard. Sara returns to the United States, and Kaimoto stays at TLT Japan to watch over Ren.
Ren's life is indeed colorful, he always teases Mizuo, becomes a clown in the playground, plays with Komon when Komon is free, and jokes with Ojiro, his fellow friend. The four of them went through a dinner together invited by Harisu. In addition, with his ESP he is able to communicate with Yuu who used to be good at the academy. Behind his cheerful nature, Ren did not have a long life. He was diagnosed with some kind of disease due to an effect that shouldn't affect PP children and could only survive with a special drug called Raphael. Feeling trapped by the rules of the academy that accommodates PP children, even though he has not seen the outside world and he is not old anymore, Ren flees to Japan. That's what got him watched over by TLT in the first place. Until finally one day TLT found out that Ren was a dunamist and after a grueling battle, just like Himeya, Ren was kidnapped to be researched to make Ultimate Vanisher again. Mizuo told Komon and Komon immediately begged all his colleagues in NR to save Ren. They manage to escape with Ren after sabotaging TLT. The battle became more and more intense, Ren's body quickly reached the limit of endurance. He who feels that he is on the verge of death, is determined to spend the rest of his life fighting as Ultraman. Komon then told Ren about the previous dunamist, he didn't want Ren to suffer the same suffering and die as Himeya. SB strikes again, this time it's a combination of all SBs ever. At that time, Yuu who was also worried about Ren's condition called through Komon's Pulse Breaker that Raphael had been brought by Prof. Kaimoto. However, Ren felt he couldn't waste time going to the hospital first, so he greeted Mizuo and fought it out. Ren wins but dies, but survives due to Raphael's drug intervention. The Light left Ren, the Deunamist moved once again.
