Ri Shi is a major character in the historical seinen anime and manga series, Kingdom. He is the current head of administration and legalism in the State of Qin. After Ryo Fui's fell, Ri Shi was imprisoned but he would later be pardoned by Shou Bun Kun for his help and ability in Ei Sei's plan of unification.
