Milburn "Rich Uncle" Pennybags is the round old man with a mustachio in a top hat who serves as the mascot of the game Monopoly. In large parts of the world he is also, or even exclusively, known as Mr. Monopoly. He also appears in the related games Advance to Boardwalk, Free Parking, Don't Go to Jail, Monopoly City, Monopoly Junior, and Monopoly Deal.

Likewise, he represents charity and good capitalism, as he allows players to think of strategy to achieve money and can be quite helpful to some players.

Mr. Monopoly make an appearance in the Transformers comic book, When Worlds Collide. In this story, when trying to retrieve the stolen Matrix of Leadership, Optimus Prime joined forces with Mr. Monopoly, along with several other heroes.
