Rick is the male protagonist of the movie of the 2007 German indie film Happily N'Ever After. He is the servant of Prince Charming's royal castle named Humperdink, in love with Ella (“Cinderella”) who eventually get together.
In English version was played by Freddie Prinze, Jr.; who also played Fred Jones, James Vega, Pisces and Delgo.

Rick is also the narrator of the film. Rick is always annoyed by the prince's orders, but he is a great friend of Ella and visits her to give her invitations to the ball. On that night, Rick is disgusted to see Ella dancing with the prince, but then when Frieda gathers the bad guys he joins them and makes conversation with them.
He refuses to help Ella find the prince who has disappeared that she is convinced he will save them and Rick knowing that he is a big baby, and they abandon themselves, but when Rick hears Frieda telling the bad guys to find her and kidnap her, Rick steals one of the witches brooms and goes to look for her.
After Rick saves Ella, Munk and Mambo from the bad guys fighting the seven dwarfs they end up running out of gas and losing the prince and then Rick argues with Ella but then they get entwined and so Rick decides to go find the prince for the desolate Ella. for all. After Ella is kidnapped and the prince is captured, Rick decides to take matters into his own hands with Munk and Mambo and they manage to set everything right and so that the fairy tales return to normal, Frieda is defeated and he and Ella eventually get married.
