Riggs is a supportive character in Strike Force Heroes, a supportive character in the campaign and Alpha team's heavy weapons expert during the events of the first game.
History[]
Much like the other member Little is known from Toad's past because it was never explained in detail throughout the campaign besides that it participated alongside with the rest of strike force in suppressing a rebellion in the south east pacific and after crushing the rebellion it return to the chopper and alongside it's cargo plane before it was attacked by Globex and despite the attempts the plane was lost and bailed onto an island. From there there's no information about what happened with Riggs but eventually he reunited with its captain and the rest of alpha team.
