“ | I'm not teaching you the Ripple to save your life. I'm teaching you to become warriors that can defeat them... that's all. | „ |

The Ripple Warriors (波紋戦士, Hamon Senshi?) are the main protagonists of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part I: Phantom Blood and Part II: Battle Tendency.
They are practicers of an ancient martial arts known as Ripple (波紋, Hamon?) or Sendo (仙道, Sendō?, Literally meaning "Way of The Hermit"), which uses energy from techniques of breathing. The Ripple Warriors are trained to use the energy to strengthen their body, heal and fight against Pillar Men, Vampires and Zombies. They have built many temples around the world to help them train and learn from one another.
The origin of the Ripple technique is unknown, but it existed for at least 4,000 years before the events of the story. They are once a group called Ripple Clan until they are slaughterd by Kars, Esidisi and Wamuu in Rome. However, the technique lived on and passed to India, China and Italy. It's unknown whether there are still organization training Ripple after the events of Stardust Crusaders, it is likely they dissolved since they already achieved their goal of defeating Pillar Men.
