Robert J. Hart also known as Robbie is the main protagonist of the 1998 Romantic Comedy movie The Wedding Singer.

Robbie is a lighthearted person and a very talented at singing. When his supposed wedding was gonna begin his former love interest Linda left him and made him very heart broken. When he met Julia they made a strong love connection. When he saved Julia from her abusive boyfriend Glenn Gulia, He finds love and lived a happy life.
Biography[]
In 1985 at Ridgefield Banquet Hall, Robbie singing Like a Record - Dead or Alive at a bar mitzvah. He gives hope for the married couple to live with each other for the rest of their lives. He gets off the stage and let's George sing before he walks up to his Sammy and talks about a pretty waitress named Juila. He helps a drunk kid walk outside where he vomits inside a dumpster where he finds Julia sitting outside by herself. They talk had a little conversation before they planned on meeting each other sometime later.
The next day, Robbie was excited for his wedding with his girlfriend Linda. Robbie's older sister Kate walks up to him and tells him that she on the phone with Linda's mother and that Linda isn't coming to the wedding. He calmly walks into a nearby gazebo and has an emotional breakdown. When Robbie returns home before Linda comes over and tells him that she's not gonna marry him because he's a wedding singer which leaves him feel depressed. He sings at another couple's bar mitzvah but begins singing while slowing starting to cry. He sings a song called Love Stinks and cheers up and a group of people who can't find true love. Robbie and his friend Sammy went to a party where Julia and her husband Glenn celebrate their upcoming wedding.
Robbie sings at a Jewish bar mitzvah before volunteers Juila to dance with a 'losery' kid. Robbie begins to sing romantically as everyone else begins to dance happily. Later, Robbie and his friends go out and get a cake and dresses for Julia's upcoming wedding with Glenn. Afterwards, Robbie, Julia, Holly, and Glenn go to a dance club. Robbie feels suspicious about Glenn flirting with a waitress. They head home before Holly releases that Robbie has a thing for Julia. Afterwards, Robbie walks outside of a bar and confronts Glenn with a group of women before he punches Robbie in the face thinking that he is gonna tell Julia about his secret from her.
Robbie returns home and finds Linda at his house waiting for him before Robbie decides to get back together with Linda. When Robbie woke up from bed the next morning, he finds out that his relationship with Linda won't work and kicks her out of his home. Robbie quits his job as a wedding singer and has Rosie take his place. Robbie, Holly, and Sammy run over to an airport before Robbie manages to take a first class flight to stop Julia from marrying Glenn. While on a first class plane, He tells every passenger the story on how he met Julia. After, He finds Julia sitting next to Glenn and the passengers help him stop Glenn preventing him from assaulting Robbie and gets locked into a bathroom. Robbie sings as he walks over to Julia and tells her that he's in love with her before they kiss and got married at a successful wedding.
