Roku O Mi is a recurring major supporting character in the popular historical seinen manga and anime series, Kingdom. He served as the 1st Commander and vassal in the Late Great General Ou Ki's Army and is now a General of the State of Qin and the 1st Commander of the Tou Army as he serves alongside Tou as his Right hand-man. He is also one of the strongest Generals for the State of Qin during the Warring States era of ancient B.C. China.

While his early history is relatively unknown, Roku O Mi joined the Qin military and served in Ou Ki Army over 20 odd years as he fought in numerous battles.

Roku O Mi's face is usually twisted into either a frown or an angry grin.

Fiercely determined, Roku Ou Mi is an extremely hot blooded man as he has no qualms in ordering his troops to climb over the bodies of their dead allies and always ready to charge headfirst in the harshest and blood rich battlefield, he is also easily angered as displayed in various moments throughout the series. But despite his fierceness Roku O Mi is also an intelligent man.
