Rosa is a major character from the Bayonetta series of games. She is the mother of Bayonetta and wife of Balder. Rosa was apart of the Umbra Witches and broke the law of the clan, having a baby with a Lumen Sage, which led to her imprisonment for breaking the law of her clan and was one of the figures that caused the Clan Wars.

Rosa is a human with a black outfit, black wings, gray chains, red heels and a golden Umbra symbol on her right wing.

Rosa was apart of the Umbra Witches and broke the law of the clan, having a baby with a Lumen Sage. She was imprisoned for breaking the law of her clan and was one of the figures that caused the Clan Wars.

Balder and Rosa conceived Cereza and the pair broke the tenet that kept the clans delicate balance in place. Rosa was imprisoned for the rest of her life and Balder was exiled from his clan. He was later manipulated by the forces of light into spurring on the Witch Hunts and returned to the Crescent Valley sanctuary in order to protect his love. However, unknown to him, a figure from the shadows tried to kill him before Rosa stepped in the way. In her dying breaths, Rosa pleaded with Balder to watch over their child and keep her safe from harm. As she died, Balder cried out for her as he was suddenly snatched away by a mysterious power.

While Rosa doesn't appear in Bayonetta 3, an alternate version of her was seen in the game.
