Rosie O'Gravy is a chief police Collie in Dog City. She had her niece, Dot. She gets annoyed with Ace Hart's incompetence every time she attempts to catch the criminals of Dog City. In her early life, she had a happy puppyhood until her parents got a divorce thus leaving her in tears (as seen in her home videos). In High School, she went to the prom with Bugsy Vile (before his criminal career) after he was turned down by a cheer leader. She would later take her father's place as chief of detectives after Bugsy was exposed. At one point, she used to be the mayor's bodyguard, but she later quit for obviously using her as a shield in order to avoid getting hit by rotten tomatoes and eggs. Throughout the series, she would sometimes play the on an off damsel in distress. For example, she was kidnapped by Baron Von Rottweiler and was forced to marry his monster. She also served as Ace's love interest. She was inspired by Elliot Shag's love intersets.
