Roxy titled Roxy of Madness is a character that appears in the Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross mobile game. She is a former battle slave who was betrayed by her adoptive sister. Later on she is summoned by Lillia to destroy the world part of the Seven Catastrophes to help them destroy the world. She and the rest of the group later plays a heroic role in Catastrophe: Sacrifice in fighting against the Three Nightmares who are trying to destroy the world.

She was originally a battle slave to an owner nicknamed "uncle" with her adoptive sister. She planned to kill him and run away with her but she ended up being betrayed by her sister where she killed her slave owner and vowed revenge on her. It is unknown if she succeeded or not in killing her adoptive sister before Lillia summoned her to Britannia where she would join the Seven Catastrophes to destroy the world In exchange for food and shelter.
During the events of the King of Fighters collab storyline she was with Shin accidentally brought the King of Fighters characters to life when Shin attempted to have Gilthunder recharge his tablet with his magic. She and the other Catastrophes worked together with the Seven Deadly Sins to the game characters back into the game with helping deal with Rugal.

- Roxy's original backstory is she used to live with her sister while both of dealing the abuse of their uncle and King's fat form would remind her of him in game stories and her bio, this was later retconned in Catastrophe: Sacrifice where it is revealed in her flashback her "uncle" is the nickname of her slave owner that she live with her adoptive sister.
- Her awakened unit’s ultimate move cutscene reference's Puss in Boots: The Last where she walks in similar way to Death chasing Puss in Boots in a foggy forest. Some of her cutscenes in Catastrophe: Sacrifice of her restored memories also reference Attack on Titan where her memories of her adoptive sister reference Eren Yeager contacting Grusha.
- Ironically Grand Cross had a crossover with Attack on Titan were Eren has 3 units but since Roxy wasn't introduced yet at the time she don't interact with any of the Attack on Titan characters in story mode though could be paired with or fight their event units.
