Roy is the deuteragonist and sometimes the main antagonist/anti-hero in both the comic strip U.S. Acres and the animated segments featured on Garfield and Friends.
He is an anthropomorphic rooster who likes to pull nasty pranks on his friends, especially Orson and Wade, but sometimes, his actions can come back to bite him. He also likes to troll Lanolin, but usually earns physical retribution from her.
In the show, he was voiced by Thom Huge who also voiced Jon Arbuckle and many other characters.
Personality[]
Roy is a greedy, self-centered rooster who prides himself on his practical jokes. He is constantly into a scheme which, often than not, somehow gets out of hand, and Orson or another character has to pull him out of it. Despite his selfishness, Roy can be a good person and sometimes apologizes for his pranks, but not too frequently.

Trivia[]
- While he may not seem quite evil, Roy has been considered by the official Garfield website as an antagonist (though he is said to be more of an irritant, and not a bully).
