Ruli Tsukiyono is one of the main protagonists of Digimon Ghost Game. Her Digimon partner is Angoramon.
She is voiced by Yū Kobayashi in the Japanese version.

She is behind the popular "Lirurun" account on social media. Outgoing, with a wide social circle. Always on the lookout for things that interest her, she tends to poke her nose into the affairs of those around her. She looks for things that suit her tastes. In addition, she plays the piano, which Angoramon loves to listen to and runs a social network related to the occult. Although she is an outgoing girl who is skilled and can do just about anything, she actually struggles to find the things she deems appropriate and therefore she gets bored.

She and others then wakes up Pillomon to end the nightmare.

In The Crimson Banquet, Ruli was invited to Myotismon's banquet, but meanwhile her friends were finding the suspiciousness behind the scenes so they followed her to the building. Ruli inside the building and finds out the suspiciousness by recognizing her long-lost enemy Dracmon, who is a servant of Myotismon. After Myotismon kills Dracmon, Ruli then slaps Myotismon with a wine glass and arrives to the elevator, but the elevator automatically went all the way to the top floor. At the top floor, she finds out Angoramon overpowered by Sangloupmon. Ruli's friends later arrives and then Gammamon and Jellymon Digivolves to their Champion forms to fight Myotismon, but were no match for him.
In Cannibal Mansion, Digitamamon trying to eat Ruli once the they were alone.
In Monster's Beauty Serum, Ruli and her friends battled Splashmon, but he easily kidnap BetelGammamon and TeslaJellymon in bubbles. Ruli switched the battlefield into ice-based and SymbareAngoramon defeats and freezes him into an ice statue.
In Face Taker, Asuramon degenerates consecutively, Ruli, Kiyoshiro, and Hiro were also fallen into victims. Under Angoramon's convincing, Asuramon was moved. Then he and his right-hand Kongoumon returns the stolen faces to their respective victims.

In Bad Friend, When Ruli Hiro and their partners encounters the duo; WaruMonzaemon and ExTyrannomon, they fights against the evolved forms of the partner Digimon. Meanwhile Ruli become remorseful after she finds out she was alone, then Monzaemon appears and cures her.

In Wall Crawlers, At night, Salamandermon dripping venom to turn Ruli into lizard-like, she and other victims steal diamonds for Salamandermon. After Salamandermon was defeated by BetelGammamon, and she turns victims and Ruli back to normal.
In Werewolf, Ruli and her friends first encountered it when Ruli's grandma was about to sacrifice Ruli due to the legend correlated to Ruli's family. SymbareAngoramon, BetelGammamon and Thetismon battled it but were no match, but Ruli's strives encouraged SymbareAngoramon to Digivolve to Lamortmon. Lamortmon relentlessly attacks Manticoremon to protect Ruli, but was stopped by Ruli and Darcmon.

In Herd of the Dead, Ruli and her friends found RareRaremon when they were finding the origin of zombified people attacking them.

In Clown, Ruli, Hiro, and Gammamon arrived at the circus just in time to witness the last human child be turned into a playing card, and Angoramon being turned into a small rabbit. They confront Piedmon and his troupe members, demanding them to turn Angoramon back and turn the human children back. Piedmon sends FlaWizardmon to fight Gammamon and BetelGammamon, with Hiro rolling after them. Ruli bravely challenges Piedmon to a playing card duel, which he accepts. If Ruli wins, he will turn the human children back, but if she loses, she will become a card like them. Piedmon sets up his Wagers as swords. On the last round, Piedmon hopes that he will turn Ruli into a card, but Hiro, BetelGammamon and Angoramon tell Ruli not to hesitate, and she courageously set down the Ace card to the King card, defeating Piedmon, much to his shock. The last Wager sword struck Lynxmon, and BetelGammamon defeats him. Piedmon accepts his defeat, but Mephistomon was angry at having Piedmon lost to Ruli, thinking that she cheated, but Angoramon quickly becomes Lamortmon to beat him, and Piedmon pulls Mephistomon away. He turns the cards back into the human children, sending them home. Piedmon and his troupe members apologize to Hiro, Ruli, Gammamon, and Angoramon.
