Russell Clay is a son of Denny Clay and ally of Bee Team in Transformers: Robots in Disguise. When his mother went to work in Copenhagen, he moved to his father, Denny. When he meet the Autobots, he and Denny began to work with Bumblebee and his Team. In addition he hopes more confidence, in order to feel like a team member, just like Drift's students, Jetstorm and Slipstream. His nick name is "Rusty", often Denny called him by that name, and mostly one his friend, Hank calls him at "Rusty".
