Russell Van Eden is the tritagonist of the Canadian animated TV show What About Mimi? He is the male friend of Mimi Mortin and Elaine.
He was voiced by Rhys Huber in the first two seasons and Noel Callahan in season 3.
Appearance[]
Russell is preteen years old and has blonde hair and fair skin. He wars a red, white, and blue striped jersey, cargo shorts, as well as dark red and white-colored shoes.
Personality[]
Russell is Mimi's best friend and male sidekick. He liked sports but can also be clumsy. He carries around a camcorder which he uses to shoot videos as he aspires to be a film director one day. He used to have a crush on Mimi's rival Sincerity Travers earlier in the series but his interest on her would fade away. Like Elaine he is shown to dislike Mimi's plans but is willing to go along with them.
