Sally Sanban is the minor supporting of the animated series Codename: Kids Next Door. She is the future granddaughter of Numbuh 3, who made her only debut in Operation: F.U.T.U.R.E.
She was voiced by Tara Strong.
Biography[]
In this alternate future, the villainous Madame Margaret had turned most of the earth's male population into girls. Witnessing this incident, Sally disguised herself as a boy to seek help from the male organization called "Boys Next Door." After a brief argument between Sally and the boys, they agree to be part of the "Kids Next Door" to put the end to Madame Margaret's treacherous plan.
Story[]
Sally was born and raised in what would later become an alternate future of Earth. In this alternate future, the villainous Madame Margaret had turned most of the children into little girls. Sally, however, had heard stories from her grandmother about how, long ago, boys and girls used to play together. She is a dreamer like Numbuh 3.
Posing as a boy, she attempted to join the Boys Next Door and help fight Madame Margaret. She was found out, however, when the boys showed her a rainbow monkey that she got excited about. The Boys Next Door were about to dispose of her until an elderly Numbuh 4 intervened.
When Sally gave the Boys Next Door a girlifying rifle to reverse-engineer, she gained the trust of Numbuh 4 and became the first girl to join the Boys Next Door, turning it into the Kids Next Door once again, when Sally revealed she is really a tomboy. With the rifles now able to turn girls into boys, the Boys Next Door managed to get past Madame Margaret's defenses, allowing Numbuh 4 to use her time travel technology. As soon as Numbuh 4 made it to the past, Sally destroyed the time travel device, keeping Madame Margaret from interfering with his plans.
Trivia[]
- It is unknown if she would exist in the future, as shown by Operation: I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W.S., as Numbuhs 3 and 4 married each other. However, it also possible that her heritage changed.
