San Salvacion Resistance are an organization featured in the video game Ace Combat 04: Shattered Skies. They are an insurgent group created in the Erusean-occupied San Salvacion, seeking to liberate their homeland from invaders.
Biography[]
After Erusea invaded and occupied San Salvacion, imposing martial law on its people, some citizens chose to band together to covertly resist the Eruseans while awaiting the arrival of ISAF troops. The resistance members sabotaged Erusean forces by bombing strategic objects and coordinated their actions with ISAF while keeping their actions a secret from their close ones. The barkeep of Sky Kid was a member of the resistance, despite publicly collaborating with Eruseans, as was his daughter. One day, the resistance cell they belonged to found a boy who fraternized with Erusea's Yellow Squadron spying on them. Barkeep's daughter protected him from the other rebels, and the boy never told about what he saw to anyone. Later he saved the barkeep's daughter from Yellow 13 after a sabotage mission gone wrong.
During the battle for the capital city, resistance assisted ISAF by ending the blackout until the city was liberated. It's presumed that the group was disbanded shortly after the nation's liberation.
