Saori Takebe is the deuteragonist of the Girls und Panzer series. She is one of the five main protagonists and the radio operator of the Anglerfish Team.
She is voiced by Ai Kayano in the Japanese version, and by Jessica Calvello in the English dub.
Appearance[]
Saori is a young medium teenage girl who has a long orange hair and light brown eyes. She wears a school uniform with the white shirt with greed colors and a green skirt with black thigh highs and brown shoes. In episode 1, she wears a contact lenses who she wearing a glasses in home or doing some chores. Along with Aya Oono, she only the student of Ooarai who is more stylish on her appearance.

Saori is a very cheerful, personality and good chatter. Saori is interested who seek outed for her boyfriend, who claims to be expert has been never love, romance and dating, she revealed despite from the enthusiasm and charm. Saori has a nickname is Miporin and Saori-chan who is becomes a first year students of the Rabbit Team, just like her sister. When Saori who up in the end of her situation and undergo to change up among on the team, she had been notably good negative formerly. Saori talking to Miho if she feeling sick or worried about changing her subject confirm having a bad memories (when she gets very talented in Sensha-Dō confront her mother and sister, when she ask her talking to her sister, or Maho Nishizumi on interview at the TV show on the tank store). Saori, along with Hana Isuzu, were the first classmates to befriend Miho Nishizumi who transferred at the Ooarai Girls Academy. The student council planned on reviving Ooarai's Sensha-Dō team, she didn't not hesitate to join the Team as she said it would gain her popularity and attract a boy, She was one of the first to join the Sensha-Dō team followed by Hana, Yukari and other students, As the council was trying to bully her new friend, Miho Nishizumi she decides to not joining the Sensha-Dō for her sake instead choosing Insence, However when Miho agrees to join the team, she reverses her decision, So she can join Sensha-Dō all together with Miho and Hana.
