Satella Harvenheit is a protagonist of Chrono Crusade. She is a jewel summoner and a bounty hunter that slays demons.
She was voiced by Michiko Neya in the Japanese version and by Tiffany Grant in the English dub.
Appearance[]
Satella is a tall woman that has red long hair and red eyes. She always wears a yellow-greenish overcoat that highlights her cleavage. On other occasions, she wears a light blue (or orange) dress.
Personality[]
She hates the demons very much because a demon came to her home and murdered her family when she was younger.
In the anime series, Satella has a haughty and arrogant demeanor. She first dislikes Chrono due to his demon origins, which sometimes leads to a quarrel with Rosette. However, Satella begins opening up to Chrono completely after she finds out that the demon that killed her family was Aion.
In the original manga, she is more open-minded and gentle, but with a paedophilia complex. Once Satella got drunk at a dinner party and blatantly flirted with Chrono, holding him towards her chest.

- Despite being younger than her sister Fiore, Satella is taller than her.
- It is assumed that Satella and Fiore may be part demons.
