Schwoz is Captain Man's worker and closest friend, who handled the equipment in the Man Cave as he was the one who built it. Ray and Schwoz's friendship was strained when Schwoz stole Ray's girlfriend. They eventually made up when Henry convinced Ray to forgive Schwoz. He also had a shape-shifting android as his "girlfriend" and in “Grand Theft Otto”, it's revealed that Schwoz had cloned himself. He becomes a main character in the fifth season. In “The Fate of Danger: Part 2”, he and Ray open the Swellview Academy for the Gifted, or SW.A.G. for short, helping Ray train a new team of Superheroes.

Schwoz also built a new headquarters on Mountain Swellview called the Man's Nest and offered mechanical support to the Danger Force. Despite offering the technology to the team, Schwoz frequently helped his friends in their missions such as a confrontation against The Toddler and their war against The Cell. After defeating the Comet Monster and helping the Danger Force for four years, Schwoz finally abandons Ray and the Nest to start a new life with Princess Daphne.

The bat was rebuilt and used again by Chapa and Mika on Ray for putting trackers on every mom in Swellivew (The Force Returns, Part 1).
- Tyson Drill: Schwoz used a machine, that holds three drills at once, to easily break through stones to get to Henry at his school. Henry later used it to save Ray (Gas or Fail).

Schwoz gives Henry oven mitts so that he can hold the vacuum's damage part and once everyone closes their eyes and Henry attaches it to the cleaner, the trash starts blowing everywhere, allowing Charlotte to fly out as well. The vacuum explodes, making the Hart's house an even bigger mess than it was at the beginning (Charlotte Gets Ghosted).
