Scoop is one of the protagonists of Bob the Builder and the anti-hero and the (former) sole antagonist, later the protagonist of Snowed Under. He is voiced by Rob Rackstraw in the UK, Alan Marriott in the US and Blake Harrison in the 2015 series. He is the leader of the machines.
Personality
Scoop is friendly, caring, kind-hearted and a good leader.
He is shown to have a emotional side in Snowed Under when he cried serval times because he was guilty . The last time he cried was in his dream when he got happy for winning a gold medal, but changed back to his normal personality. In Snowed Under, he was also angry and was mean to Dizzy, Muck, Roley and Lofty. he was even working by himself until the end.
