He is a man who has unwillingly given superpowers and a cybernetic tail, and forced to be an agent/hitman for MechaBioCon Industries but his true goal is to become normal again, he starts off as an enemy to Spider-Man through a misunderstanding, but then at some point, becomes Spider-Man's friend.
He was voiced by Mike McColl in Spider-Man and by Dee Bradley Baker in Spider-Man 3.
He is first seen on the run from Oscorp's Hunter-Killer spider robots sent down by Norman Osborn and Mendel Stromm in the sewers, he later gets to the Hunter-Killer spider robots, Spider-Man finds him and the Hunter-Killer spider robots, Spider-Man teams up with Scorpion against the Hunter-Killer spider robots, they defeat them. After that, Scorpion attacks Spider-Man, mistaking him for working with the Hunter-Killer spider robots; Scorpion then runs way to Grand Central Station; Spider-Man tries to talk him down, saying he needs help; Scorpion refuses, mistakenly believing Spider-Man wants to take him back to somewhere, presumably Oscorp or MechaBioCon. They fight, with Spider-Man defeating Scorpion, Spider-Man feeling sympathy for Scorpion plans to get him to a hospital, and Spider-Man takes a look at the Hunter-Killer spider robots; with Spider-Man distracted, Scorpion escapes.
Spider-Man 3[]
At some point, Scorpion had managed to get his suit off, but Dr. Stillwell, a scientist who works for MechaBioCon, managed to recapture Scorpion and implant him with a new suit that now allows her to directly control his actions so that he won't try to escape again. Scorpion is sent after Spider-Man again, but after a quick fight, Spider-Man overpowers Scorpion and manages to help Scorpion take control of his powers once again. Scorpion then decided to team up with Spider-Man to take down MechaBioCon for what they did to him, including taking down Rhino another agent of MechaBioCon, they save Jessica Andrews from Stillwell, then Scorpion grabs Stillwell, telling her to make him normal again, before Stillwell reveals what she did to him is permanent, Scorpion saddened and angered, tries to kill Stillwell, before Spider-Man tells him that she is not worth it and let the police deal with her, Scorpion tells Spider-Man to go to hell, and that she will pay for what she did to him, Spider-Man about to punch Scorpion before Jessica begs Scorpion to please listen to Spider-Man to let her go, telling him he is not a monster, Scorpion drops Stillwell, says to Jessica but he will never human again, Scorpion saddened, leaves, Spider-Man tries to find him, but no luck, it's unknown what happened to Scorpion afterwards.
