This version of Kuai Liang, better known as Light Scorpion is a minor character in Mortal Kombat 1, Unlike Hanzo Hasashi, he appears as a nicer counterpart with no corrupting qualities to him and is an unplayable character in the game's final chapter.
He is voiced by Daisuke Tsuji.
Biography[]
While he resembles his New Era counterpart, this version of Scorpion is also presumed to be Kuai Liang, a 26-year-old Shirai Ryu member. Kuai Liang would join the Forces of Light against the army of Titan Shang Tsung.
In Mortal Kombat 1's final chapter Armageddon, he is playable as a potential Final Warrior. Light Scorpion fights his way to the top of the Pyramid, and helps Liu Kang to stop Shang Tsung's army, but after Rain defeats Titan Shang Tsung and Quan Chi, Liu Kang sends him back to his respective timeline.
Appearance[]
The nicer version of Scorpion has long hair, and he wears samurai clothing, his clothing is yellow/orange mix and black and his shoulder pads are yellow and his mask kind of looks like Scorpion's mask from Mortal Kombat 11.
