Sea Fairy Cookie is a playable Legendary Cookie and a major character in the Cookie Run franchise. She is monstrous-like cookie elemental For years of being frozen in the reigns over the sea, she has spent an eternity yearning for Moonlight Cookie, she is still waiting for that day to reach her. Looks usually looks up to the moon hoping to find her one day. Despite of looking for Moonlight Cookie, she cast aside her role as a elemental guardian just to gaze up at the moon.
In Cookie Run: Kingdom, she is voiced by by Moon Sun-hui in Korean, Akiko Yajima in Japanese, and Laura Post in English.
Appearance[]
Sea Fairy Cookie has long wavy blue hair also being beryl tides in motion that start with a rose-tinted segment sweeping over her left eye. Her dough is pale and yellow-toned. She also has figure sight and an average height. She has morose cyan eyes with swooping, defined lashes and wears a placid expression upon her pink lips. Sea Fairy Cookie also wears a sleeveless, form-fitting maxi gown in an azure blue color which twists in white frills and descends down her form like a surging column of water. Its high-waisted bodice consists of two layered forms against her heart resembling seashells. On the top of her head to her left, is a regal crown of ivory branching coral with pearls forming its base and another gathering of coral on the right. She is usually holding a crystalline sword with pearls and gems.
Personality[]
Sea Fairy Cookie tends to be a pretty calm cookie, always talking in a soothing, quiet voice. She tends to have a warm, grieving heart stating on her soulstone that the surface is cold like the winter sea, but its core is shimmering with warmth. If it weren't for the kindness of the other cookies, she would've chosen to stay frozen. Sea Fairy Cookie is also willing to fight her own fate but tends to have hope.
Sea Fairy Cookie loves the night time, it is her favorite time of the day. She has a very close relationship with Moonlight Cookie and is still waiting for her.

- According to Towards the Light, Sea Fairy Cookie's favorite time of the day is nightfall.
- If Sea Fairy lets go of her sword, she would be frozen again like Sea Fairy Cookie doesn't hold her sword when she gets defeated in battle.
- Sea Fairy Cookie is a reference of Little Mermaid and Christian Anderson.
