Seamus is a supporting character of DreamWorks' 48th full-length animated feature film Dog Man, which is based on Dav Pilkey's Dog Man book series.
He is voiced by Billy Boyd.

He appeared to be a middle-aged man with dark gray hair and a beard. He wears a comfortable gray hatthat matches his hair, wears black and yellow headphones, and always has a camera with him.
