“ | It's my fault. I'm to blame. I let my own jealousy break me and Scooby up. I was afraid that with his new suit and his new team, things were gonna change. And they did change. But, like, that's okay. People can grow. But it doesn't mean that we're growing apart. Because the one thing that will never change is that Scooby-Doo is my best friend. Ten years ago, a little boy made a promise to a stray puppy that he'd never leave him no matter what. And I'm gonna keep that promise. Now, it's time we stop this mustachioed menace for opening the gates to the underpass... (Dee Dee Skyes: Underworld.) ...and letting loose the fearsome sippy-cup. (Dynomutt: Cerberus.) So what do you say we get out of Middle-earth... (Blue Falcon: Copyright infringement.) ...and go get my always-snacking, never-lacking, often-napping dog back! Who's with me? (Fred, Daphne, Velma, Blue Falcon, Dynomutt, and Dee Dee Skyes: We are!) Let's do this! | „ |

“ | Scoob, you're the best friend I could ever ask for. And you always will be. | „ |
~ Shaggy to Scooby-Doo. |
Norville "Shaggy" Rogers is the deuteragonist of the 2020 Warner Bros. animated film Scoob!, the first installment of the Hanna-Barbera Cinematic Universe.
He was voiced by Iain Armitage as a kid and by Will Forte as an adult. Forte also voices Joseph Towne and Chester V in the Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs duology, Abraham Lincoln in The Lego Movie franchise, and Tim Willoughby in The Willoughbys.
Biography[]
Background[]
Shaggy was a lonely boy who wants to make friends. Then he met Scooby and the two became fast friends. Eventually, they met Fred, Daphne, and Velma during trick-or-treating. Then they unmasked their first bad guy. Since then, they all became best friends and had many adventures together.
Scoob![]
When their friends start a business, Shaggy and Scooby are excluded when their friendship is branded as "useless". They sat at the bowling alley feeling left out, then they were beamed up. They found themselves in a Falcon Fury.

Trivia[]
- He is similar to Tim Willoughby from The Willoughbys because they are main characters, defend themselves from villains, are very good, and are voiced by Will Forte. Coincidentally, both The Willoughbys and Scoob! came out the same year (2020).
- His voice sounds like a mashup of his original voice actor Casey Kasem and his current voice actor Matthew Lillard.
