Shifty Dingo (voiced by Keith Scott) is one of the main characters of Blinky Bill. He is Danny Dingo's little brother. Despite is an enemy, however at the end of the season 1 becomes a friend of Blinky Bill and his gang which leads to him becoming a member. He is one of supporting protagonists in season 2, and a mirror character in Season 3.

Blinky Bill's Extraordinary Balloon Adventure[]
Shifty is not one of the main characters but as one of the supporting characters since the third season focusing on Blinky Bill, Nutsy and Flap's mission to travel around the world and return the circus animals back to their respective homes.
In Bushwhacked, Shifty was playing ball with Marica and Splodge until Mrs. Koala came and ask them if they have seen Blinky Bill and Nutsy, but they know that Blinky and Nutsy went to the circus and when they were supposed not to. Instead, they tell Mrs. Koala that Blinky and Nutsy are at Flaps having a sleepover, which Mrs. Koala questions if they also had a sleepover at their homes, Splodge was about to tell the truth but Marica throw a ball at him and say that Blinky and Nutsy have gone camping, to which Splodge agrees, Mrs. Koala believes them and leaves. Shifty was wondering if Blinky and Nutsy had ready gone camping, but Splodge thought that they went to the circus, Marica corrects Splodge and she thinks that maybe the preformation didn't until late and possibility camp out afterward. Shifty decide that they should go and find out for themselves.
