Shinbi (신비, Sinbi) is one of the main protagonists and the titular mascot of the Shinbi Apartment franchise. He is a goblin that was born on the 100th anniversary of Shinbi Apartment, created by God to defeat the Underground Nation. He is spiritually connected to the apartment and lives in a manhole under it. He is also best friends with Hari, Doori and Geumbi.
Biography[]
Shinbi is virtually one body with Shinbi Apartment, which means if something goes wrong inside the apartment it would also affect Shinbi himself. For the same reason, if all the human residents in Shinbi Apartment were to leave because of a ghost disturbance, Shinbi would lose his energy. He made a deal with Hari and Doori, so that if they help him keep the apartment safe and drive the spirits away, he will grant a wish once for every time they defeat a supernatural creature.
Appearance[]
Shinbi is short with green skin and big eyes with black pupils and has a yellow chip in both of them, he wears a small blue cape and shorts and has a white circle on his chest with his signature symbol, that is pertain to his magic.
Personality[]
Shinbi is very short-tempered, playful, childish and stubborn, though he can be cowardly he is very loyal to his friends. He can also come off as arrogant at times but is aware of his physical and magical limitations.
He still is very knowledgeable and powerful but thanks to his limitations he can only use most of his powers a few times a day meaning he always needs to be clever with what he chooses to do.
