Shining Boy (Japanese: シャイニングボーイ Shainingu Bōi) is a fictional character within the Yo-kai Watch universe who is briefly incarnated by Mataro Tamada, one of his fans, serving as Support Hero in Y School Heroes.

Appearance

Shining Boy as a uniform and not as Mataro Tamada, he has a mask with a white four-pointed star with a black forehead and a gold mask on his eyes, his suit is mostly blue space design with a red opening that has two thick white ribbons and a golden star in the center with four points, it has a white belt that looks like a princess crown with a golden triangle with another red triangle inside, its gloves and boots have white edges and other golden edges.

Appearance in the anime series

He debuted in episode 27 of the anime, as a sample of a new Watch that Kuka Nanakumo created so that he could be a hero like in the Tokusatsu that he admired, but he was too weak to be able to compete with the conventional Yo-kai Hero but he had He had to fight against Kagaku Sherman to save Haruhiko Usumizawa, although he managed to defeat Kagaku Sherman with the power of Tidas, he showed that he had the courage to join his companions in battle.

In episode 28 he tries to fight Uo King Dead with Mist Shadow but when the Onryo transforms into Uo King Dead Final so the power of Tidas manifests itself again turning Shining Boy into T-Dine and defeating the Onryo one time but causing it to decompose the Shining Watch leaving this shape forever.
