Shirley "the Loon" McLoon is a character from Tiny Toon Adventures. She is one of Babs Bunny's two best friends and the crush of Plucky Duck, but she only occasionally pairs with him, such as going to a dance. She doesn't, however, happen to have a crush on him because he hardly ever shows kindness to others. In some episodes who wanted to beat Plucky up for being love interest. Her name is based off Shirley MacLaine. Shirley is a very pretty white loon with shoulder-length blonde hair with a pink ribbon and a matching long-sleeved sweater. Gail Matthius did her voice with a Valley Girl accent.
