Short Fuse is one of the three tritagonists (alongside Corporal and Eva) of DreamWorks' 30th full-length animated feature film, Penguins of Madagascar, a spin-off film of the Madagascar franchise. He is an explosive and Demolitions expert harp seal and a member of North Wind.

He is voiced by Ken Jeong.

An explosives expert for North Wind, Short Fuse lives up to his name through his touchy temper, but he keeps it in check around his boss, Classified.
