Shuichi Kagaya is the main protagonist of Gleipnir manga and anime series.
He is voiced by Natsuki Hanae, Natsumi Fujiwara (child) in the Japanese version and Ry McKeand, Emily Fajardo (child) in the English version.
Appearance[]
He had brown color for his eye and hair. He used to be wear glasses in the first episode. Later he gains scar on his neck after fight.
Personality[]
He was first introduced as quiet, intelligent. Over time though he become and darker and more violent and he struggle with his lost humanity.
History[]
He was dating Elena Aoki until she erased his memories of Elena and their childhood friends.
He is a high school student and wants to be normal person and wants things to stay the same forever. but he is scared of himself as he has the ability to turn into a monster. After meeting Clair, he teamed up with her in order to help her find her older sister, Elena.
Abilities[]
He had ability to transform into a dog-like mascot costume, complete with an oversized functioning revolver on his belt and a zipper up his spine which, when opened, allows others to climb inside his empty body, increasing the physical and mental abilities of both. When transformed Kagaya gains the physical abilities of a human at peak levels of fitness, strength and endurance, and when paired with a partner inside him his abilities become superhuman. He retains some of his abilities in his human form such as a sense of smell even keener than a dogs.
It also has a zipper which can be unzipped so that someone can go inside of him. This will allow that person to control Shuichi's body. If he and the person inside of him have the same goals, he can collaborate with them and join forces and fuse together to become one being and their soul, body and memories will be connected and they will be able to overcome their limits.
