Sigrid is a character from The Hobbit franchise. In this storyline, she is the daughter of Bard the Bowman, sister of Bain and Tilda.
She is portrayed by Peggy Nesbitt in both The Desolation of Smaug and The Battle of the FIve Armies.

The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug[]
The second film marks hers and her family's first appearance where she and her family assisted in smuggling in Thorin Oakenshield, Bilbo Baggins and their twelve companions. Sigrid also appears when she is calling out for her father and fighting the orcs while also helping Kili nursed back to health.

- Sigrid was not in the books and was only created for the films due to lack of female characters in the original book.
- She was originally going to be Bard's wife in the script, but was changed to being his daughter at Luke Evans' request.
