Silver Sablinova, better known as Silver Sable, is the secondary antagonist of the 2005 video game Ultimate Spider-Man and a supporting antagonist in its 2006 prequel Spider-Man: Battle for New York.

She is a mercenary for hire and the leader of the Wild Pack who gets hired by the Kingpin to be his bodyguard, then later on gets hired by Bolivar Trask to capture Venom, then later Spider-Man.

She was voiced by Jennifer Hale, who also voiced Commander Shepard from the Mass Effect franchise.

Biography[]

Spider-Man: Battle for New York[]

When Spider-Man gets to the Kingpin's office, Silver Sable introduces herself to Spider-Man and tells him that the only way to the Kingpin is through her, she designed Spider-Mines which explode on contact, but Spider-Man manages to defeat Silver Sable, later on, when Green Goblin gets to his penthouse to neutralise the side effects of his OZ formula, he is stopped by Silver Sable, Silver Sable introduces herself to the Green Goblin, then tells him that Kingpin does not like to be messed with and reveals that Kingpin knows he is Norman Osborn, they then fight, Green Goblin defeats Silver Sable, when Green Goblin is about to land the finishing blow, Spider-Man saves Silver Sable from the Green Goblin, Silver Sable then leaves, after Norman Osborn has been taken in by S.H.I.E.L.D. once again, Kingpin asks Silver Sable if she has cleaned up the last of Norman's OZ fueled freaks and any other traitors that sided with him, Silver Sable says yes, then Kingpin thanks Silver Sable and said her efforts will be rewarded and that he might find a way to overlook her failures during this debacle, then tells Silver Sable and his man to leave.

Ultimate Spider-Man[]

She is first seen spying on Eddie Brock, when Eddie turns into Venom, she orders her men to get him, but Venom defeats many of them, causing the rest of them to fall back, Venom escapes, Silver Sable finds Venom again with Spider-Man, then knocks him out, then captures him in her airship, Spider-Man questions her on what is going on, but then says it is nothing that concerns him, then she delivers Eddie to Bolivar Trask, She and Eddie are later seen in the airship where Eddie reveals to Sable that Peter is Spider-Man and tells her all of his information.

Eddie breaks free and transforms into Venom. Silver Sable tries to detain him, but then they fall out of the airship; Sable calls for backup, then they fight; with Venom winning the fight, the Wild Pack arrives, and Sable orders them to rip him apart and that they will return what is left to Trask, Venom wipes out the Wild Pack, then destroys Sable's airship, leaving it to fall into the sea, Venom escapes, then Sable sets her sights on Peter Parker, she finds him, then shoots him with a tranquillizer gun, then knocks him out, then captures him in her car.

As soon as Peter wakes up, she shoots him again, telling him to don't fight the dart since there is enough tranquillizer in his system to take out a really large horse; Peter shakes his head, then gets out of the car on the Queensboro Bridge, Sable shoots two more darts, then reveals to Peter that she knows who he is and that she can get at him and anyone else he knows, then orders him to get in the car, they start fighting with Sable gaining the upper hand, then a traffic accident happens due to their fight, Peter goes to save the civilians, along with Sable, who explains to Peter that she has been hired to capture him, not to kill innocent people, after they rescue the civilians, Sable resumes the fight, shooting more darts.

Venom then finds both of them, knocks out Sable, and kidnaps her; after a chase, Peter defeats Venom, rescuing Sable in the process, but the darts take effect, and Peter falls unconscious. Sable wakes up then captures both for Trask; after Trask tries to escape in a helicopter, Spider-Man finds Sable, but Sable reveals that she is not going to attack him since her contract with Trask expired 10 minutes ago, then tells Peter not to worry about Trask since he doesn't know how to fly the helicopter, she then leaves with a pat on Peter's shoulder, implying that she is now on better terms with Spider-Man.
