He is a Prosecutor who was convicted in the UR-1 Incident for the murder of Athena's mother Metis Cykes. Seven years later, he was called to serve as a prosecutor for other cases despite serving his murder sentence.
He was voiced by Shunsuke Sakuya in Japanese version and Troy Baker in English.
