Sisbell Lou Nebulis IX is the one of main female protagonists and one of the three co-tritagonists (along with Jhin Syulargun and Rin Vispose) of the series, Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World.
Sisbell is the third princess of the Nebulis Sovereignty's royal family. She is also the younger sister of Aliceliese Lou Nebulis IX/Alice (her love rival) and Elletear Lou Nebulis IX (her sworn enemy).
Her Japanese voice actress is Azumi Waki (who also voiced Kanade in Beast Tamer) and her English voice actress is Emi Lo.
Overview[]
Sisbell is the third and youngest daughter and princess of the Nebulis' royal family from the Lou Family as well one of two heiresses to the family's throne (the other is Aliceliese). She is the younger sister of the lead female protagonist who became her love rival, Aliceliese/Alice Lou Nebulis IX and the overall main antagonist who became her enemy, Elletear Lou Nebulis IX.
One year ago (before the series starts) when she was age 14, Sisbell was captured and imprisoned by the Heavenly Empire (under the manipulation of the Eight Great Apostles) until she broke free and escaped by Iska (the series' main protagonist) due to her being a little girl who has a weak Astral Power as a result of Iska's life sentence on his betrayal towards the Empire, even the second time Iska saved her from the Empire's Witch Hunter Object after she and her sister, Alice were falsely accused as traitors by someone, Iska decided to cooperate with her to end this pointless war by stopping both the Eight Great Apostles and her sister, Elletear's villainous schemes.
Despite of her born with a weak astral power, Sisbell has a very unique and rare ability to foresee the events and the truths even the evidences that were covered up from over 200 years through projections which her mother was deeply amazed of her abilities and became one of the candidates to the family throne. Especially when she learned if her mother, Queen Mirabea Lou Nebulis VIII dies, an all-out war would be ignited which would lead the destruction to both the Heavenly Empire and Nebulis Sovereignty. Due to her powers, she gotten the attentions of Emperor Yunmelngen (the ruler of the Heavenly Empire) who wants her alive and unharmed just for the 100 years truth of what caused the birth of Astral Mages. However, she also caught the attentions of the Eight Great Apostles who wanted to kill Sisbell, Iska and the rest of their allies in attempted to stop them from revealing the truth.
In the request by Emperor Yunmelngen, she also revealed the truth behind this 100 year war that was covered up by the Eight Great Apostles (who are revealed to be the series' main antagonists and the masterminds who committed a crime against the previous emperor and framed the Astral Mages for the crime with false details). With the truth revealed, Sisbell has caused the Heavenly Empire to turn against the Eight Great Apostles for their crime against the previous emperor and their deceits until it already succeeded (indirectly) as the Eight Great Apostles were killed by Elletear (Sisbell's older sister who is a traitor of the Sovereignty).
One year after she was freed, she and her sister Alice became allies to Iska on his goal of ending this 100 years' hopeless war by overthrowing the Eight Great Apostles (though they already died) and her sister Elletear, after Kervina Sofita Hermos' failed in attempt to experiment her following Elletear's betrayal, she was rescued by Iska the fourth time. Including to destroy the Great Star Disaster, even if it means that Sisbell and all Astral Mages will eventually lose their powers.

Sisbell is a beautiful young girl with a pink twin long ponytailed hair. She has pink eyes (initially amber). She wore a white and black dress with a star shaped necklace.
Personality[]
Sisbell has a calm and polite personality. Despite being the youngest sister and reserved, this does not stop her from doing what she believes is best for her nation, she is willing to use underhanded methods to achieve her objectives. Due to the truth viewing through her astral power, She is also distrustful and cautious towards others including her own family.
She owes Iska a debt and intend to have him to cooperate with her in order to stop the traitor who is the descendant of the founder, Nebulis that attempting to destroy both the Heavenly Empire and the Nebulis Sovereignty. Like her sister, Alice, Sisbell has also developed a romantic feelings for Iska and wanted to make him as her lover due to him liberated her one year ago as well saving her three more times from first the Witch Hunter Object, then Vichyssoise Alek Hydra and later Kervina Sofita Hermos causing Sisbell to increase her love for Iska even further. She also caused a love rivalry between herself and her sister, Aliceliese as they competed against each other to win Iska's affection. Like her sister, Sisbell is shown to be perverted when she pressed her breasts onto Iska's back and alter attempted to show Iska of Alice's panties when she thought Alice was the traitor (turned out to be false). Sisbell shown her jealousy towards Alice when she going to sleep next to Iska in their alphabetical order game.
Sisbell is also naughty when she has a lot of stuffed animals in her room due to her being a little girl. She also played with Emperor Yunmelngen's tail while he slept.

Sisbell flirts for Iska after saving her from Kervina Sofita Hermos
One year ago, Iska is the one who freed Sisbell from her captivity of the Heavenly Empire as a result of his betrayal towards the Empire. The reason why he freed her because she was just a little girl with a weak astral power. In such a twisted fate, Sisbell reunited with Iska (the same man who freed her one year ago) at Alsamira while he and his team goes on vacation. For liberating her, Sisbell thanked him for his kindness and intended to cooperate with Iska to become her guard against someone who is a certain threat attempting to kill her mother, Queen Mirabea in order to destroy both the Heavenly Empire and the Nebulis Sovereignty in an all-out war. Though he initially declined, Iska eventually agreed to cooperate with Sisbell against the traitor (Elletear) in exchange for special skin patches for his captain, Mismis Klass (who became an Astral Mage when she was thrown into a Star Vortex by On Zoa Nebulis) that would completely covers her Astral Crest after Iska saving Sisbell again from the Witch Hunter Project. In the sunset while disguised themselves to remain low profile, Sisbell used this escort as if it was a date when she clings Iska and eaten a piece of smoothie cream from his cheeks much of his dismays and Alice's jealousy. When Vichyssoise attempts to kill Sisbell, Iska saves Sisbell yet again. Though he doesn't care what will happen to the Sovereignty and the queen, Iska shown he does care for Sisbell and will never abandon her. When she (as well Growley the Head of the Zoa Family) was kidnapped by her sister, Elletear and the Hydra Family, Sisbell hoped that Iska will rescue her again. When Kervina Sofita Hermos attempted to conduct an experimentation on Sisbell to become her new test subject after she was kidnapped escorted to the Heavenly Empire by the Hydra Family due to Elletear's betrayal, her hopes to be rescued by Iska has came true when he saved her the fourth time and prevented this experimentation as a result of Kervina's death. After Kelvina's death, Sisbell tries to sneak into Iska's room just so she could sleep with him. His fourth rescue for Sisbell caused the youngest princess to increase her love for Iska even further. When the 907th Unit and Sisbell were attacked by Luclezeus (one of the Eight Great Apostles), Iska once more save Sisbell again by pushing away from Luclezeus' laser beam.
Much like her sister, Alice, Sisbell also developed romantic feelings for Iska after freeing her from prison and later saved her from the Witch Hunter Object. In Liesbaden, Sisbell holds hands with Iska and eats smoothie cream from his cheeks as if they are on a date much of his dismays and Alice's jealousy. While leaving to the train station, Sisbell pressed her breasts onto Iska's back as well commenting that her boobs are even bigger than Rin's. Iska remarked Sisbell to be very energetic.

Jhin recognized Sisbell as the "witch" that Iska freed one year ago.
These two heavily disliked for each other. Despite of their dislikes, Jhin is willing to protect Sisbell from her pursuers after she has been falsely accused as a traitor. After saving her from Kervina Sofita Hermos, Jhin shown to be annoyed when Sisbell hugging towards Iska as well increasing her love to his best friend.
Rin Vispose[]
As Alice's maid, Sisbell distrusted her when she thought of Alice could be the traitor.
Rin however, is respectful towards Sisbell and is more than willing to protect her. Due to Sisbell being falsely accused as a traitor, Rin was tasked by Queen Mirabea (Sisbell's mother) to protect Sisbell and bring her home safely at all costs. After Sisbell was kidnapped by the Hydra Family for Kervina's experiments, Rin was sent to rescue her even when she accompanies Iska and the 907th Unit (who also have a common intention of rescuing Sisbell). After Elletear's betrayal, Rin and Alice were willing to take Sisbell back home when they have acquired all the evidences of both Elletear and the Hydra Family's treasons. However, they decided to stay when Sisbell agreed to Emperor Yunmelngen's offer causing both Rin and Alice to accept it too in order to take down Elletear.

Shulvalts is Sisbell's butler and one of the few people she trust. Due to her weak Astral Power, Shuvalts intend to protect his master. In Liesbaden, Shuvalts entrusted Iska (the man who saved Sisbell one year ago) to protect his master while he dispatched with the message to Mirabea (Sisbell's mother). Sisbell shown worried of what happened to Shuvalts.

Mirabea Lou Nebulis VIII[]
Queen Mirabea is Sisbell's mother. Sisbell cares for her mother deeply and was intending to protect her from a traitor, who attempt to assassinate and usurp Mirabea to unleash this would-be all-out war that bring total destruction to both the Heavenly Empire and the Nebulis Sovereignty itself. Mirabea was worried of her youngest daughter and want to know what's gotten into her when Sisbell locked herself up in her bedroom. Equally to Alice, Mirabea also have good trust on Sisbell and assign her with important missions. The queen sent the youngest princess at Alsamira to investigate where Sisbell reunited with the man who freed her one year ago, Iska. When her youngest daughter has been falsely accused as a traitor by On Zoa Nebulis, Mirabea learned from Rin that Sisbell was saved by an Imperial Soldier named Iska. Mirabea shown worried that On would use Sisbell's relationship with Iska as "proof" of her supposedly betrayal. Mirabea sent her best agents as well as Alice and Rin to protect Sisbell and bring her home safely to find out the real traitor's true identity (until it turned to be Elletear).
Aliceliese Lou Nebulis IX[]

Aliceliese/Alice is Sisbell's older sister and love rival due to their mutual love for Iska through Alice's jealousy.
Sisbell and Alice doesn't have too much interactions when she thought her sister could be the traitor which turned out to be false. Unfortunately, Alice does care for Sisbell very much and willing to protect her. Alice is suspicious of Sisbell's connection to Iska turned out he freed her from the Heavenly Empire one year ago. The two sisters became love rivals when it comes to having their own romantic feelings for Iska. In Elletear's wrongdoings when she falsely informed Lord Mask, Sisbell and Alice have become targets by Lord Mask of their seemingly ties with the Heavenly Empire and would become "traitors" of their supposedly betrayals.
In her mission to protect Sisbell at all costs for the identity of the real traitor, Alice saw her little sister with Iska and became very jealous of Sisbell when she clings towards Iska as if it looked they were on a date. Alice goes on a jealousy meltdown when Sisbell eats a piece of smoothie cream from Iska's face. In their game of who will sleep next to Iska, Sisbell shown her jealousy towards Alice when she became the nearest to sleep with him.
After she was kidnapped by the Hydra Family, Alice sent Rin to rescue her. When Nebulis awakened from her slumber and heading towards the Heavenly Empire, Alice shown worried that the Founder would kill Sisbell and the innocent people. After fully recovered, Alice heads to the Heavenly Empire to protect her little sister before the founder would arrive. During the chaos of the Heavenly Empire, Alice reunited with Sisbell and felt relief of his little sister's safety. Initially, Alice and Rin were willing to take Sisbell back home when they have acquired all the evidences of both Elletear and the Hydra Family's betrayals, but decided to stay at the Heavenly Empire after Sisbell (along with Alice and Rin) agreed to Emperor Yunmelngen's offering in order to defeat Alice and Sisbell's treacherous elder sister, Elletear.
Elletear Lou Nebulis IX[]
Elletear is Sisbell's eldest sister who became a traitor and her sworn enemy. Due to Elletear hating Sisbell equally as she hates Alice, they don't seem to have a good bond even when Elletear betrayed their family and kingdom. Elletear didn't think twice by getting rid of Sisbell when she falsely informed Lord Mask and framed Sisbell as a traitor of supposedly ties within the Heavenly Empire and leaked Sisbell's location to the Eight Great Apostles when enabling them to send the Witch Hunter Object to capture Sisbell only failed to due to Iska's interference. She later discovered Elletear is the traitor who attempted to kill and usurp their mother, Queen Mirabea. Elletear and the Hydra Family captured Sisbell (along with Growley, the head of the Zoa Family) and heading to the Heavenly Empire to assassinate the Eight Great Apostles for ordering Elletear's execution.
After she learned her eldest sister to be the traitor, Sisbell became too frightened to articulate it, shivering and chattering her teeth as well hoping Iska would come her rescue eventually. Elletear has the Hydra to take Sisbell to Kervina for experiments (only to be foiled by Iska).
After Elletear and Johaim escaped during the chaos of the Heavenly Empire, Sisbell is willing to talk some senses to her treacherous sister, despite her sister has endangered her and knowing that trying to some senses to Elletear would eventually fail. Even what she has done to her, Sisbell still don't want Elletear dead as she still cares for her big sister.

Kervina Sofita Hermos[]
After she was kidnapped by the Hydra Family, Kervina was Sisbell's enemy who is a traitorous scientist of the Heavenly Empire and experimented people (even purebreed Astral Mages including the weak ones) illegally of turning them into monstrous Astral Mages. Kervina welcomed Sisbell to the Heavenly Empire and touched her, realizing the youngest princess is also a weak-born Astral Mage just like her older sister Elletear. The rogue imperial scientist revealed the Elsa's Coffin was the "birth of the witches" only for Sisbell calling her a liar and refused to believe that she experimented Elletear. Kervina desired Sisbell and wanted to experiment her, just so the youngest princess would obey every of Kervina's commands, unlike Elletear (who lacked the level of obedience). She attempts to place Sisbell into an experimentation water tank (originally belong to Elletear).
When Kervina was about to conduct an experimentation on Sisbell as she did to her older sister, Elletear, this attempt failed when Sisbell was successfully rescued by Iska again the fourth time and preventing this experimentation, resulting of Kervina's death.
Eight Great Apostles[]
Due to her abilities to reveal truths, the Eight Great Apostles deemed Sisbell to be a serious threat to their schemes. 1 year ago (before the series starts), the Apostles once captured Sisbell and imprisoned her only for the youngest princess to escape with the help of the series' protagonist, Iska. The Eight Great Apostles sent the so-called "Witch Hunter" Object to capture Sisbell only for the Object to be destroyed by both Iska and Alice, thwarting the Apostles' attempt to capture Sisbell. When Sisbell and the 907th Unit heading to the capital of the Heavenly Empire from the request of Emperor Yunmelngen for Sisbell's powers, one of the Apostles (Luclezeus) was sent out to kill Sisbell, Iska and the 907th Unit of preventing to unveil the truth but only to fail and Luclezeus is killed by 907th Unit when they used their guns to destroy a cage containing an Astral Spirit, resulting the Astral Spirit's freedom and Luclezeus' death. Sisbell has completely ruined the Eight Great Apostles' reputation when she publicly revealed the Heavenly Empire (including the Saint Disciples) the truth of this 100 years war and the Eight Great Apostles are the true perpetrators behind the war by assaulting the previous emperor (Yunmelngen's father) and framing the Astral Mages for the crime.

The Heavenly Empire's Emperor Yunmelngen gain the interest of Sisbell's astral power and wanted to use it to reveal the truth.
Following of Kervina's death, the Emperor persuaded Sisbell to come to him, just for her astral power to unveil the truth from the 100 years event what has caused the birth of the Astral Mages and seek out the reason why he is acting like this after he captured Rin Vispose (who is a servant of Sisbell's older sister, Aliceliese/Alice). When Luclezeus was sent out to kill Sisbell and the 907th Unti, Yunmelngen assigned Risya to protect Sisbell as he needs her alive and unharmed if he wants to know the truth that happens 100 years ago.
In his request after Luclezeus' demise, Sisbell used her astral powers and revealed to him and the entire Imperial soldiers (including the Saint Disciples) the event was caused by the Eight Great Apostles who are the true mastermind responsible that committed a crime against the previous Emperor (Yunmelngen's father) as well framed the Astral Mages for the crime with fake details and falsely accusation. Due to her abilities of viewing truths, Risya offered Sisbell a seat within the Saint Disciples for the Emperor's amusement.
While intending to go back home to the Nebulis Sovereignty by a helicopter with Alice and Rin after they've acquired all the evidence of both Elletear and the Hydra Family's betrayals, Emperor Yunmelngen offered Sisbell (along with her sister, Alice and Rin) to stay at the Heavenly Empire to find a way to defeat her traitorous sister, Elletear together. Sisbell agreed when she decided to stay at the Empire, causing both Alice and Rin to accepted as well. In a couple of days after Elletear's betrayal, Sisbell came to Yunmelngen's room and played with his tail while the Emperor slept.
