The Smiling Friends (officially Smiling Friends Incorporated) are the titular main protagonists of the adult animated comedy series of the same name.
They are a nonprofit business dedicated to making people smile. It is headed by Mr. Boss and is the place of work for Pim, Charlie, Allan, and Glep.
Background[]
The headquarters is a large, round structure, painted yellow and resembling a smiling face. The two eyes on the front are windows. It is located in an urban city in Pennsylvania, strongly implied to be Philadelphia, between a bathroom supply store called the “Toilet Emporium” and a mental institution.
The building’s interior contains an office break room where its employees spend most of their time, a large, dark, cavernous office belonging to Mr. Boss, a storage room accessible from the office, and several crawlspaces. It is across the street from a rural wooded area and the previous location of Frowning Friends Inc.
