Oh—but let's be clear. I AIN'T a pig. These aren't nostrils. They're my eyes! So don't let any thoughts of bacon dance in your heads when you look my way, got it?

~ Snoutlet
Snoutlet is the tritagonist in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. He is one of the companions that travels with the Mario Bros. during their adventures in Concordia, essentially taking Starlow's place, as the latter travels with Princess Peach instead.
Snoutlet is very knowledgeable about the basic controls and eventually teaches more advanced controls as the Mario Bros. progress through their adventure, and he is the types that hates to repeat himself every single time when someone doesn't recall certain details. Despite looking like a flying swine, he often insists that he is not a pig and will lose his temper if anyone calls him as such, with his descriptions even going as far as to claim he is not a pig.
Appearance[]
Snoutlet has a pink body and four stubby legs ending in white feet. He has a yellow face with two holes that seem to be his eyes, with the face itself looking like either a pig nose or a two-pronged electrical outlet. His back has birdlike wings that let him fly, and his tail is cylindrical and has a yellow tip.

Trivia[]
Snoutlet's dislike of being called a pig could be a reference to Pumbaa the warthog from The Lion King, as he too takes great offense being called a pig.
