Snowy is the deuteragonist of the book series The Adventures of Tintin. He is a white Wire Fox Terrier and the loyal canine companion of reporter Tintin.
His vocal sound effects were provided by Susan Roman in the 1991 TV series and Frank Welker in the 2011 film.

He appears in all of the Tintin comic books. and all media involving it. He is also one of the main characters in the 2011 feature film based off the comics.
He is the loyal companion of Tintin, who always follows him on his adventures, and helps him. He also appears to know the difference between good and bad, and often attacks criminals, or defend Tintin, against them.
Trivia[]
- In the comics, he sometimes talks, but Tintin can't understand him. In both the animated series, and the 2011 movie, he does not talk.
- When Steven Spielberg and peter Jackson considered making "The Adventures of Tintin" into a live action feature, Snowy was going to be computer animated.
