Spider Rose, also known as Dra. Lydia Martinez is the titular main protagonist of the Love Death and Robots episode Spider Rose.
She is a tragic scientist and sole leader of a spider colony of artifical spiders and she was the only survivor of a space colony named Cronos where her husband was killed by jade a Sadistic Warlod and the leader of a group of sadistic aliens called shifters.
Spider Rose gets in contact with an alien race who wants to send her a package of an unknown cute alien who might help her satisfy her Vendetta and her loneliness.
